Antonio is the guy to work with! Easy process and Jim is great as well! If you’re looking for a used car or truck this is the spot. Needed a truck for my Cleaning Company and Fence business and these guys delivered. With all that said. Make sure you do a good check on the vehicle you are purchasing. We had a little air filter mishap but Antonio made sure to take care of me and even got a call from Jim. 4 days after buying it. No dealership I’ve been to would have done that. He didn’t try to push us into another higher priced vehicle, but was patient with us as we considered options at other dealerships. We bought a car from this dealer last weekend; the salesman we worked with was Todd. He has obviously been dong this for a long time, because he had a real gift for intrinsically matching the right cars with the right customers. We were clear about the max we felt ok with spending, and Todd got us into the exact type of vehicle we wanted for the price point we'd stated when we first walked onto the lot. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely interested in listening to our situation and what we needed. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The shop was relaxed, professional, and welcoming. We drove away in exactly the vehicle we needed; it was clean and had good tires, good brakes, a strong engine, a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. We felt we'd been treated in a very professional way and that the whole experience was also personable and customized to what we needed. We do not live in Killeen, but we found it was well worth the drive to go there as opposed to Austin, and we'll certainly go back to Killeen Auto Sales each time we need to replace a vehicle now, due to the trust factor. Todd is what we used to call "good people," in the old days, and that's priceless when buying a car!.

WOW. This place is amazing and I say this even though they can't work with me. I told TODD my situation and he explained my choices (with a nice 'no disrespect, but ...) and it was so refreshing. They care enough not to just blow you off because you won't qualify with them. I will have to look elsewhere but I am glad he took the time to explain why. Thank you!!!

I have been keeping an eye on the local Prius market for about a year now. I found one I was interested in seeing at Killeen Auto Sales. Antonio was very helpful in working with me and my wife to make the purchase easy. Antonio was very patient and answered all of our (sometimes ridiculous) questions about the vehicle, walked us through the financing process, and even quickly answered texts as well. I've been driving the car back and forth to work all week with no issues whatsoever. I'm still on the full tank of gas they gave me upon taking delivery of my awesome Prius.
